Vendor Policy

1. Vendor Eligibility

All vendors must be registered businesses operating in Canada or with a valid Canadian business presence. Applications from individuals must include proof of business registration or sole proprietorship documentation.

2. Application Process

Vendors must complete the application form accurately and truthfully. False or misleading information may result in immediate rejection and potential removal from the platform.

3. Booth Allocation

Booth assignments are made by event organizers and may not match vendor preferences. ExpoConnect facilitates the connection but does not guarantee specific booth locations or sizes beyond what is selected during application.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 7 business days of application approval. Failure to pay within this period will result in cancellation of the booth reservation. Late payments may incur additional fees as determined by the event organizer.

5. Cancellation Policy

7. Intellectual Property

Vendors retain ownership of their intellectual property. By participating in events through ExpoConnect, vendors grant event organizers the right to use booth imagery and company information for promotional purposes related to the specific event.
